Kendis
An international economist with 30 years experience in multinational

managers and executives worldwide. With a background in
academia, he is currently Managing Director at The Banking
Group, Inc. His subject matter expertise is global strategic
management, multinational risk, executive and board development,
and international trade finance. Mr. Kendis has developed
a unique approach to problem-solving, where a firms
own data is used to project alternative future scenarios
for senior managers consideration.
For
multinational corporations -- all with an emphasis on emerging
markets and many in the process of consolidation -- Mr.
Kendis applies Strategic Management processes to the planning
of the firms future. Integrating as many senior managers
as possible, his projects include individual interviews,
on-site data gathering and analysis, and the synthesis of

Kendis is recognized worldwide for his ability to manage
this process across multinational groups and in multiple
languages and venues.
For
global financial institutions and organizations who serve
international banks, Mr. Kendis provides research, consulting
and seminar services in the areas of Risk, Strategy and
Planning, and Innovation. There has always been a focus
on emerging markets and how OECD institutions should analyze
their business opportunities and threats; but more recently
Mr. Kendis's engagements have been global. Work in Latin
America, Africa, Asia and the subcontinent has expanded
to Central Banks and accountancy firms as well as local
and global banks.
Mr.
Kendis has assumed a new role, that of aggregator, for his
corporate customers in the world of e-Commerce. He combines
research and modeling to accelerate senior managers
progress in the adaptation of business plans to the New
Economy. He has advised boards of directors and trustees
of corporations, while continuing his teaching and research
on strategic and financial planning.
