Michael
Luong
Michael Luong is a senior consultant at The Banking Group.
With a background in finance and six years of experience,
he has worked as an analyst and consultant to multinational
firms and central banks on strategy, bank risk, finance,
and innovation.
For
high level managers in financial institutions and central
banks, Michael provides consulting and seminars services
in strategy, risk, bank supervisory processes, and knowledge
management. He is currently working with new associates
in multinational firms on valuation analysis and strategy
while working with their managers to develop an associate's
assessment protocol.
For
customers in the US and Europe, Michael is working on the
development of knowledge portals - through which managers
exchange experiences, best practices, and receives the latest
research for their subject matter. For customers in the
Asian market, Michael is involved in the design and creation
of a computer based model that replicates the region's banking
system. He has now taken on another role - that of a learning
platform developer. For central banks in South America,
Michael uses their data to build models for stress testing
and scenario planning.
