the foundation of discussions. The business ecosystem

We also include potential ramifications of the new BIS capital
regulations.
Design
The host institution selects the business sectors, regions
and topics of greatest interest to the target audience.
The consulting team suggests a body of literature and data
from the most recent published reports and studies, prepares
an outline for approval, and the programme is customized
for the specific requirements of the group. The actual session
can have cameo appearances or video clips by internal executives,
and often participative sessions can be facilitated on specific
topics.
Delivery
The programme is one day or a partial day with advanced
preparation that includes interviews of key stakeholders
and the customized gathering of all required reports and
analysis. Participants will be given a notebook, but all
material will also be distributed on CD ROM. Offsite venue
is preferred but not required.
